Refund policy
Our policies are good for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if in good condition or new packaging and packaged properly so the product does not get damaged in transit. If product gets damaged due to your packaging neglect your refund or exchange will be cancelled.

RETURNS - EXCHANGES – REFUNDS are as noted below.
We do occasionally offer REFUNDS for WRONG SIZE; however, we supply you with size charts to help you select your correct size and offer company personal assistance if necessary. We are not responsible if you select the wrong size or the product does not fit the way, “you personally want it to”, IF we do offer a refund for a return the customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs. Note: Sleepy Bungalow is at discretion to not accept refunds for wrong size selection.
If you do select wrong size and want an EXCHANGE, we wish to clearly specify that the customer shall have to bear all shipping cost back to US warehouse and additional shipping costs of new product to be shipped to you. In certain cases, where a refund is being provided due to a mistake by Sleepy Bungalow, such cost shall be borne by Sleepy Bungalow.
We provide REFUNDS only in particular cases and it shall be the sole discretion of Sleepy Bungalow whether to grant a refund. When you purchase from Sleepy Bungalow, you agree to our terms and conditions for Shipping, Exchange, Returns and Refund Policies.
Sale Items (If Applicable) All sale items are final. Only regular priced items are refunded or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days or your exchange will be processed (all shipping times will apply).
If you are return shipping (for refund or exchange) an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and do not take responsibility for its loss.
Damaged Items:
We do ship items with appropriate packaging. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
