Refund - Return - Exchange Policy
Our policies are good for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if in good condition or new packaging and packaged properly so the product does not get damaged in transit. If product gets damaged due to your packaging neglect your refund or exchange will be cancelled.

RETURNS - EXCHANGES – REFUND . . . . . . as noted below.
We do NOT REFUND nor RETURN for WRONG SIZE selection. We supply you with size charts to help you select your correct size, details on the products, communication via live chat, phone, or email communication for your personal assistance, if necessary. We are not responsible if you select the wrong size or the product does not fit the way, “you personally want it to”.
If you do select wrong size, and want an EXCHANGE or RETURN, we wish to clearly specify that the customer shall have to bear all shipping costs back to US warehouse and additional shipping costs of new product to be shipped to you, plus a 10% restocking fee, (10% restocking will be deducted from your refund). If you are EXCHANGING product, we recommend when shipping any item over $75, you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and do not take responsibility for its loss or mishandling.
We provide RETURNS and REFUNDS ONLY in particular cases, i.e., damaged goods or due to a mistake by Sleepy Bungalow, only. In such cases the cost shall be covered by Sleepy Bungalow. NOTE: It is the sole discretion of Sleepy Bungalow whether to grant or not grant a refund. Proof of damaged goods must be submitted via email with photographs prior to returning and final approval for refund by Sleepy Bungalow. IF you are approved from email verification of damaged goods, we will send you a paid shipping slip (which must be used within 3 days of date submitted) for a RETURN/REFUND for the damaged goods or mistake of Sleepy Bungalow. Once goods are received and inspected then you will receive an email notification regarding your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card of which you paid or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Damaged Items:
We do ship items with appropriate packaging. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

Once received, we will be happy to send out another free of charge or a full refund for your purchase.
Refunds Before & After Your Item Is Shipped
As per Sleepy Bungalow Policy, you are eligible for a refund if your item has NOT been processed or shipped and if you email us to ask to "CANCEL YOUR ORDER", BUT, if your order has already been processed and/or is in route, we CANNOT cancel your order, it’s too late. You will have to receive your item and pay for shipping costs for the return to our US warehouse location. Please note, that in such situations it shall be the sole discretion of Sleepy Bungalow whether to grant a refund. The refund may not be granted if the item were shipped before the customer support team could communicate a stop with the shipping department. Please understand once the wheels are moving, stopping the process is not a one-stop shop. We try our best to cancel such orders, but in some cases, your order may not be canceled if in route in the system.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable) If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
